This episode's guest is THE ALFEE! THE ALFEE is one of the legendary rock bands in Japan. Their songs have always been hitting the charts ever since they released their song "Marie Anne" in 1983. They are a 3-member band, and all of them sing and play the guitars. The members (from right to left in the photo above)are Takamizawa , who wears funky clothes and plays the electric guitar, Sakazaki, who has a country-ish feel and plays acoustic guitar, and Sakurai, who wears a suit and sunglasses and plays the bass. Personally, the song I like the most from them is Hoshizora no Distance.
This episode is dedicated to seimei93 and ambersolle!
There are a lot of things to look forward to in this episode!
First and foremost is Sakurai-san, who Koichi almost always impersonates in every Shin Domoto Kyoudai episode.
See, Sakurai teaches them how it's really done. (Look, Koichi is watching veeeery closely. XD)
In the episode, they also talk at length about trains. Trains are pretty much the main means of transportation in Japan.
Just so you know, Odakyu line is Koichi's favorite train. ^^
If you commute by train regularly, it would be more convenient for you if you buy a reloadable card like PASMO or Suica, instead of having to buy a ticket every time you ride one.
Or, you can use an Orange Card. If you don't know what an Orange Card is, Tsuyoshi and the rest would be glad to enlighten you in this episode. *snickers*
Now, aside from trains, we also get to see the Domoto members peel apples.
Really good, right? *snickers*
We also get to see Takamina eating apples.
Hey, doesn't this look like that scene from Ice Age? *hides from angered Takamina fans*
And look! We also get to hear about something that is "Made In
Lastly, in this episode, Takamina learns a fact of life.
LOL. Anyway, on to the subs! ^^
